Cancellation/Refund Policy: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. 

Alternatively, you may reschedule your reservation for future dates if available and apply 100% of your payment can be applied to that newly-scheduled visit.

Please wash your hands vigorously and use the hygienic hand soaps offered as well as follow a short list of hygienic guidelines to greatly minimize risk for others and ensure a healthy stay here at Heaven on Earth Retreat.
