CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. 

Alternatively, you may reschedule your reservation for future dates if available and apply 100% of your payment can be applied to that newly-scheduled visit. 

Coronavirus Precautions:

Being a wellness retreat, we are grateful to be healthy ourselves! We are asking all of our honored guests to arrive only if you are well. Please wash your hands vigorously and use the hygienic hand soaps offered as well as follow a short list of hygienic guidelines to greatly minimize risk for others and ensure a healthy stay here at Heaven on Earth Retreat. 

• Book Your Vacation Instructions: 

  1. Select your preferred check-in and check-out dates, then “Search”. Pick an available room, “Show Rates”, then “Add rooms”from 0 to 1. 

  2. Next hit “Continue” and select “Extras”. The only required extra is the “Cleaning Fee”. Select “Add to Room” from O to 1. All other extras are optional. 

  3. Next hit “Continue”, fill out “Your details”, then “Continue to Checkout”.
