This quiet, elegantly furnished, spacious, five-room 1200 sf Sunroom Suite w Pond & Trails in the Granite Dells may be Prescott's most spectacular, serene and verdant canyon paradise featuring a private national park-like setting inside a labyrinth of canyons at the end of a quiet paved country road. A nature lover's dream, the Sunroom Suite is located aside Prescott's world-class Granite Gardens Trail System and a short hike to the Peavine Trail.
The Sunroom Suite features a spacious, lightly-furnished, Sunroom with an enclosed raised bed flower and a working vegetable garden. The beautifully crafted flagstone sunroom features flagstone floors and flagstone garden lower walls with three upper walls of windows. Beneath the shade of tall trees, the Sunroom feels feel refreshingly cooler than much of Prescott in the summer, yet is warm and sunny in the winter after the leaves fall off in November.
The Sunroom Suite is surrounded by 10,000 acres of the Granite Dells, Prescott's most spectacular wilderness, yet it is just 10 easy, paved driving minutes (or 6 miles) from downtown Prescott, Arizona.

“John made us feel very welcome as he called ahead of us arriving and came out to meet us when we got there. He then showed us to our room in the newly built house. The room is large and airy, with a lovely kitchenette and bathroom. There is plenty of closet space and a desk to work at. Internet was available via Ethernet and wifi and both worked flawlessly. The surrounding area is stunning as this house rests right up to the rocks in the dells. We went for two short hikes close to the house and achieved our goal of resting and recharging our batteries. Our son has just started school at Embry Riddle which is a short drive away. When we go to visit him we will be staying at this location for sure. We have no hesitation in HIGHLY RECOMMENDING this fabulous location. Thank you John and Happy for your hospitality.”

The suite was very comfortable, quiet, spacious, with many windows looking out into the trees and the amazing rock formations that surround this little paradise. There are many hiking trails nearby to further explore this magical area of Prescott. We slept well, enjoyed the plush towels and appreciated the tasteful little kitchen. The grounds were beautiful and inviting. They greeted us warmly, like old friends coming to visit.
